How does paying with stablecoins work?

Prices are in USD, and 1 USDC or 1 USDT equals 1 USD — so the amount you send is exactly the order total. At checkout you pick a chain and a token (USDT or USDC). You then pay from any wallet or exchange to the payment address shown on the payment page. Once the payment is detected and confirmed on-chain, your keys are released on your order page.

What are the three checkout methods?

• Hosted checkout — opens the payment provider's page in a new tab. Familiar and simple.
• Widget — the payment experience embedded directly on the order page, in several sizes.
• Custom checkout — this store's own payment page. It shows the address, a QR code, and a wallet payment link you can scan or click.

You can switch between them on the order page at any time while the order awaits payment.

What happens if my payment is late, underpaid, overpaid, or expired?

• Underpaid — you sent less than the total. Send the missing amount to the same address within the payment window, or start a new payment. Your recorded balance is shown on the order page.
• Overpaid — you sent more than the total. The order is still fulfilled once the expected amount is reached. The excess can be reviewed for a refund where the gateway makes refunds available.
• Expired — the payment window closed before a full payment was recorded. If you sent funds late they are not automatically credited; they surface for manual review and we'll update your order page. Otherwise you can start a new payment at any time.
• Late — please don't send payment after the window expires. On-chain transfers that arrive after expiry are not credited automatically.

How do I redeem my key?

Every key comes with redeem instructions for its product — shown right next to the key on your order page. Copy the key, follow the instructions (usually pasting it into the product's license or redeem field), and you're done.

How do I find my orders again?

Your email is your identity. Open the order lookup page and enter the email you used at checkout — you'll see every order placed with it. Bookmarking the order page link also works: it contains your private access token.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no registration or login — guest checkout with just an email.
